Account Deletion Request

At Glō, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can do so directly from within the app by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Step 1:- Log in to the Glō app using your registered account credentials.

Step 2:- Navigate to the Settings screen by tapping the Settings icon located on the right side of the bottom navigation bar.

Step 3:- In the Settings menu, locate and sel ect the Account Closure option.

Step 4:- Review the account deletion information and confirm the deletion request when prompted.

Step 5:- Upon successful confirmation, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted fr om our systems, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.

Important Information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Once deleted, you may lose access to:

    • Your profile information

    • Saved preferences

    • App history and associated records

  • Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for:

    • Legal compliance

    • Fraud prevention

    • Security obligations

Data Retention Policy

After deletion confirmation:

  • User authentication data is removed.

  • Personal profile information is deleted.

  • Associated app data is permanently erased within a reasonable processing period unless retention is legally required.
